My Soccer History

I’ve had a long soccer journey playing for a number of different clubs, making lots of friends and enjoying fierce competition along the way!  I started playing recreational soccer at age 4 (I was technically too young to play) in my hometown Wauconda, Illinois and after two and a half years of “tiny kickers”, I was given the opportunity to skip the U8 recreational league and was offered a chance to play two years up on the Wauconda Area Youth Soccer (WAYSC) Club U9 travel team.  I spent three years playing U9 and also played on the U9 Boys team and played up on the U10 girls team with the various clubs WAYSC merged into.  After the “birth year mandate”, I began as a U11 for Libertyville FC 1974 Elite for three years.  Going into my U14 season, I made the Chicago FC United US Soccer Girls Development Academy which then became the Girls Academy League where I have played for the last three years. For a number of reasons, I have SC Wave for the 2023-24 season and enjoyed my time with this talented team.  I have just taken the opportunity to face the challenge of playing in the ECNL with the Rockford Raptors 2007 team.
